Rent vs lease listings

Razorent supports both classic monthly rentals and lump-sum leases (common in South India).

    Pick the listing type

    While posting, choose Rent for a monthly amount plus deposit, or Lease for a one-time lease amount.

    Enter the amount

    For rent listings, enter monthly rent and security deposit. For lease listings, enter the total lease amount — there is no monthly rent or separate deposit.

  3. 3

    Publish

    The listing card shows tenants either "₹X/mo" or "₹X lease" so expectations are clear up front.
