Which phones can run the Razorent app?

Do I need the app to rent through Razorent?

No. Everything on razorent.com works in a mobile browser too. The app adds push notifications for new listings that match your search, faster one-tap calling and messaging, and saved properties that travel with you.
Will the app notify me when a matching property is listed?

Yes. Turn on push notifications and the app alerts you when a new property matching your city, budget, and BHK filters is listed, so you can contact the owner before the listing gets crowded.
Can I contact property owners directly from the app?

Yes. Listings on Razorent are posted by owners, not brokers, and you can reach them by call, WhatsApp, or in-app chat straight from the listing.
How do I delete my Razorent account?

You can request account deletion at razorent.com/delete-account, or from the settings screen in the app. Deleting your account removes your profile and your saved properties.
