Understanding listing statuses

Every listing has a status that controls whether tenants can find it. You can see and change it from My Properties (app) or the owner dashboard (web).

  1. 1

    Draft

    You started the listing but have not submitted it. Only you can see it.

  2. 2

    Pending

    Submitted and waiting for our review — usually done within 24 hours.

  3. 3

    Live

    Visible in search and accepting inquiries.

  4. 4

    Rented

    You marked the property as rented. It is hidden from search and stops receiving new inquiries. You can relist it anytime.

  5. 5

    Paused

    Temporarily hidden from search — useful while the property is unavailable for a short time. Resume whenever you like.

  6. 6

    Archived

    Kept for your records but no longer shown anywhere.
